We ship worldwide. To offer you the best service and ensure fast worldwide deliveries we ship with BRT and DHL.
Shipping rates vary based upon shipment type, destination (please see table below) and your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (orders accepted before 12:00 am CET will be shipped the same day).
Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date; we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Here are the different shipping options offered.
ITALY: FREE // 2-3 working days with Bartolini
EUROPE: 20€ // 3-4 working days with DHL
WORLD: 20€ // 5-7 working days with DHL
In your order we’ll send a number of tracking.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 business days from the date of delivery to email email@example.com and obtain a return authorization number (RA #).
Orders returned without a valid RA # may face a delay in processing and a refund may not be approved.
If your return is approved you can proceed to send the package back. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns for our customers except for items which have defects.
All merchandise must be returned unworn and in like-new condition with the original hangtag attached in order to receive a full refund.
Kyme reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our quality control requirements.
Refunds are only issued after merchandise has passed our quality control check. Refunds are automatically processed in the original form of payment.
The shipping cost will not be refunded.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to show on your bank statement.
